Still no Peg-out

Nothing Happening

Still no word from Clarendon about when they might start. It's all well and good to say that they're busy, etc, but it would be nice to know if it's going to happen while we're away. We still have no idea if the peg-out has occurred. We might have to check that. David said he'd be dropping by to see how his concrete is settling, seeing as he has another job nearby.
In theory, once peg-out happens - which should have been this week at the latest, then it's only a matter of weeks before things start to happen.
We should talk to Clive about the possibility of him signing off the post-holes. That only seems useful if we have a contact on their side to point Clive at!

Meanwhile, we're squeezing Electrical and Air Conditioning visits into today. The latter appears to be required because they don't know how to respond to emails. The former is required because there are so many issues that we're confused just looking at the pictures and taking in the possibilities.

The Clarendon Saratoga

After nearly 2 years of searching we have finally found the land to build our house on.
The slope of the block is almost exactly what is required for the split level Saratoga.

Work has started on the pool.

The cut at the back of the pool was a bit higher than expected so we will have to wait and see how it looks when the shell is poured.
